Paddle with the Salmon
Paddle with the salmon this year on the Tuolumne River! The Stewardship Program will be sponsoring a series of expeditions that will allow you to experience one of nature's miracles, the return of the salmon.

We will be paddling an 3.5 mile stretch of the Tuolumne River from La Grange to Basso Bridge. Interpretation will be provided throughout the trip so you will learn a whole lot about salmon and the riparian ecosystem that support them.
No paddling experience? No problem! We will be using stable canoes and kayaks and provide safety instruction and a paddling demonstration before the trips. Certified guides will accompany you on your journey.
